Q: What’s the difference between an article and a post?
A: An article is a more formal piece of scientific research/writing, a post should be fairly short, perhaps more chatty than an article and look at something on popular science.
Q: Who can write a post?
A: You need to be aged between 12 and 20. You don’t need any experience, just enthusiasm! You can also write a post if you’ve got another role like an editor.
Q: Can I still get published in the print issue if I make a post rather than an article?
A: Yes! Just make sure your post fits all the criteria.
Q: Why should I write a post?
A: It’s great experience to be part of an international team. It also looks great on university and job applications!
Q: What do I need to include? Have you got any pointers?

• Make sure your article is easy to understand – your readers will be aged between 12 and 20.
• Make sure you’ve defined or explained all of the key points and terms
• Make it fun!
• Make sure you include at least one image.

Q: I want to write but I have no idea what I should write about!
A: Don’t worry, first of all! Answering some of these questions might help you get started!
